Registration process has 2 STEPS. This form is STEP 1.
Once submitted, you will be taken to STEP 2, PAYMENT.
***NOTE: BOTH STEPS must be completed in order for Registration to be final.

2. FILL IN YOUR SCHOOL AND TEAM INFORMATION
3. LIST YOUR TEAM MEMBERS HERE* (first and last name)
*You must enter first and last names of team members to receive up to 12 badges.
There must be a minimum of 3 people on a team.
4. TEAM BADGES

Up to 12 badges will be sent, one for each registered team member submitted above. Teams with more than 12 registered team members may purchase additional badges in the Store on our web site, for $5.00 each
